Save products to a curated list

Your curated list is a shortlist you build while you browse. Use it to:

• Collect options for a customer before you decide what goes in the offer.
• Create an offer from everything on the list in one step.
• Download the list as PDF or Excel, to send or to keep track of products. The download shows Ciloo's product details only, so it is safe to share with a customer.

The list is yours alone. It is saved on the server, so it is still there after a reload or on another computer.

Add products

1. Open a product in the catalog and choose its configuration.
2. Click Add to list.
3. The count on Curated list in the left menu goes up.

Review the list

Open Curated list in the left menu. Products are grouped by type (Apparel, Merchandise, Digital print). Each line shows the configuration and the price at its minimum order. On the right you see the subtotal at minimum quantities.

• Remove one product: click the bin icon on its line.
• Remove everything: click Clear list.
• Add more: click Add more products to go back to the catalog.

Create an offer from the list

1. Check first whether the customer is in Customers.
2. In Create an offer, choose:
   • Existing customer: pick the customer. The offer uses their account, including their own prices if they have an agreed price list.
   • New prospect: type the company name. No customer account is created; the name appears only on this offer, at standard prices.
3. Click Create offer. The offer opens with every product from your list, ready to edit.

If the customer should be in the list but is not, ask an admin to add them, or create the offer for a new prospect for now.

Products without a price are left out, and the portal tells you which ones.

Download the list

Click Export list and choose Product list (PDF) or Product list (Excel).
