Find products in the catalog

The catalog shows every product Ciloo sells, with prices and the countries each one ships to. Use it to find a product for a customer, compare options, and add products to your curated list or an offer.

A product here is one model (for example a Gildan T-shirt). Each product comes in configurations: the combinations of colour, size, print technique and print location you can order, each with its own price.

Browse

1. Open portal.ciloo.com. The home page shows three groups: Apparel, Merchandise and Digital print, each with its categories and how many products are in each.
2. Click a category card, or use the category list on the left.
3. Products show 24 to a page. Each card shows the brand, the name, the sizes, how many configurations it has, how many countries it ships to, and the lowest price ("From €12.99 / unit").

"Price on request" means the product has no price in the catalog yet. You can look at it, but you cannot add it to an offer until it has one.

Search and filter

• Search: type a name, brand, model or product code in the search box.
• Category: pick one or more categories in the Category box.
• Add filter: narrow by Format, Material, Print technique, Colour, Brand, Cut or Size. Clear all removes every filter.
• Ship to: choose the countries the products must ship to. Countries are grouped by region, so you can find them quickly. Only products that ship there stay on the page. Leave it empty to see everything.
• Sort: Most popular, Price low to high, Price high to low, Lowest MOQ (the smallest minimum order), or Fastest production.

Tip: when a customer names the countries up front, set Ship to first. It saves you from choosing a product that cannot reach them.

Describe what you need with Build with AI

You can also find products by describing them. Click Build with AI at the top of the catalog and ask, for example:

• "Do you have Bluetooth speakers in Australia?"
• "A sustainable tote bag that ships to Germany and the UK"

Build with AI finds the products that fit best and gives you a link to each one. Click it to open the product page. Asking a question does not create an offer.

Note: the links arrive with the next portal release. Until then, the answer names the products; search for the name in the catalog to open one.

Open a product

Click a card to open the product page.

1. Choose the configuration with the buttons: colour, size, print technique, print location, and pages for printed products. A button you cannot pick is greyed out; hover it to see why.
2. The panel For the selected configuration shows the starting price, the minimum order, the production time in days, the weight, where it is produced and where it ships.
3. The Prices table shows the price per unit and the total for each quantity.
4. Specification lists the details of the chosen configuration.
5. Click Add to list to save this configuration to your curated list. The button then reads On your list.

Good to know:

• A picture labelled Illustrative image is a stand-in, not a photo of this exact product. Check the details before you promise a look to a customer.
• The currency switch at the top right changes the currency prices are shown in.
• The portal does not take logos or artwork yet, and Design and add to store is coming later.
